Role:
The dog of Arthur Fonzarelly (Henry Winkler) – The cool mechanic known as the Fonz.
In episode 86, “Spunky Come Home”, Potsie Weber (Anson Williams) and Ralph Malph (Donny Most) lose him.
In episode 107, “Spunkless Spunky”, Dr. Joice tries to help Spunky get over depression. She recommends a sunny vacation in a dog farm. It turns out that Spunky had lost his hairy girlfriend Peaches who belongs to the neighbor Elaine Wilson.
Before Richie Cunningham (Ron Howard) went to college, he dedicatedly played with Spunky in the yard. To celebrate Spunky’s birthday, the Fonz made everyone wear pointy birthday hats, and Al served Spunky a chopped-liver birthday cake.
